Wandered around with these two lovebirds (and their dog Captain) a couple of weeks ago. We were blessed with blue sky and green grass and deer that hissed at us at Sachuest Point. Do deer hiss? Anyway, here are a few from their sweet session in Middletown. Regina and Brendan had such a playful and easy way with each other —- can’t wait to see them both all dressed up for their wedding at the Bohlin in July!~
Bravery comes in many forms. I quit my job earlier this spring to pursue more creative work— brave. Mark renovated our entire basement by himself— brave. Also brave? Couples who willingly show up to have semi-strangers take their photos while they cuddle. And then their are couples who show up to have semi-strangers take their photos while they cuddle in frigid temperatures — those couples are extra brave. Alexa and Mike are extra brave. And also amazingly kind and beautiful and we can’t wait to shoot their wedding next year!
Here are a few photos of their Newport, Rhode Island Engagement Session in a few of there favorite places :)
Seriously, these two were fierce. Not only did they decide not to cancel because of rain/thunder/lighting, but they brought an umbrella, the wardrobe, and the best moood. I now secretly want to plan all of our engagement shoots in between thunder showers.
